Artist, Designer, Creative Director, Developer of vital arts community.

What makes me qualified
Inherent and highly trained artist with technical and practical expertise in design, conceptualizing, content development, supervising illustrators, photographers, and fabricators, preparing graphics for production, project evaluation and documentation. An enthusiastic project manager with strong visual and interpersonal skills.

Technical skills
Computer: Mac or PC. Software: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio, Keynote, Final Cut Pro.

Art/Illustration: Conventionally or digitally creates with expressive abandon or precise rendering.

Graphic production: proficient in computer graphics and procedures for production of offset and digital printing, production of large graphics, and producing for the web or multimedia, book layout.

Photography: Experience in photographing architecture for publication, objects for catalogs or multimedia presentations. Document events and facilities for museum archives and publications.

Art handling:  Supervised art handlers and installers, safely move large or heavy objects, shipping and receiving of art works, installation of 2d and 3d art objects and artifacts, installation of video and multimedia pieces of art, assisted in registrarial procedures.

Worked with curators to design and produce all graphics in the exhibitions; titles, text panels, labels, exterior and interior advertising and signage.

1999-2003, 2006 Head Exhibition Preparator
Bellevue Art Museum, Bellevue, Washington
Managed exhibition department to install 20-40 exhibition changes annually. Maintained exhibition department budget, trained and supervised crew of installers, created temporary storage facility for art works, supervised installation of offsite art events, photo documented exhibits, created virtual model of exhibition spaces to aid curators in designing exhibits, designed and supervised production of exhibition graphics.
